Questions about pricing
Can I use papershot for free?
Yes. A free moment takes up to 4 guests and keeps the roll for 48 hours after it closes. Every film look, video and memo is included.
Do I pay for every moment?
Only the ones you want bigger or kept longer. Each paid moment is one purchase; there is nothing to subscribe to.
How is the price set?
By how many guests can join: 8, 24, 48, 72, 120 or unlimited. Every paid size is kept for 30 days.
Can I add guests after paying?
Yes. Top-ups add 8, 24 or 48 guests to a paid moment at the same prices, and they stack.
How long is a paid moment kept?
30 days after the roll closes, with a whole-moment archive to download. A free moment is kept for 48 hours.
Does anything renew?
No. One payment through Apple or Google, once, for one moment.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Ask through the store you bought from.
What about company events?
The Business tab is for you. Tell us the size and the date, and we will shape papershot around it.
